Description
Storm Water Kerb Inlets as specified by the Johannesburg Roads Agency and other local authorities:
Vanstone supplies components made of concrete and steel for Kerb Inlets or road side catch pits. These are storm water collectors built within the kerb that collects the road run-off and sends it to the under ground drainage system. The chamber part of the kerb inlet is usually built in brickwork. However the covers, which have to withstand accidental vehicle wheel loads, are made of high quality reinforced concrete supported by steel frames as specified.
